Fixing stubborn complex leaks where any combination of the following may be involved with: flat TPO or modified bitumen roofs; shingle, cedar, composite, slate, copper or tile roofs, gutters, siding, windows, doors, skylights, gutter guards, snow guards, heating de-icing cables, sheet metal, and more. All projects are managed by the owner from beginning to the end including his extensive personal supervision. Our labor force consists of hands-on managed subcontractors (or often subcontractor's selected crew members). An up-front "estimate" fee may apply.
