As a subsidiary of Urban Development Partners, LLC, ARS shares common leadership among a group of forward thinking construction professionals with decades of combined experience. Our initial interest in this roofing technology stemmed from our search for a cost effective alternative to metal roof replacement, particularly for building owners in Historic Districts where expensive roof replacement was the only option. We first began using the fluid applied roofing and decking products on our own redevelopment projects. Recognizing the performance and considerable cost savings, we decided to launch Advanced Roofing Systems as a business unit of our construction and development business.
